Welcome to PayCroft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PayCroft website and platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PayCroft.
To use PayCroft, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
If you invite team members to your PayCroft account, you are responsible for their use of the platform and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
PayCroft provides online invoicing and billing tools for small businesses. You may use our platform to create and manage invoices, track customers, process payments, and perform related business activities. You agree to use PayCroft only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use PayCroft to send fraudulent invoices, misrepresent your identity or business, interfere with or disrupt the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service for any illegal activity.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to PayCroft, including business information, customer records, invoices, and payment data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share any information you enter into PayCroft, including your customers' contact information.
PayCroft offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as described at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The free plan includes a limited set of features and usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time. If you exceed the limits of the free plan, you may need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using certain features.
We strive to keep PayCroft available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
PayCroft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayCroft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of PayCroft shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayCroft, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@paycroft.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PayCroft after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PayCroft shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
