Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 5 customers, with unlimited invoices, email notifications, and a customer billing portal. No credit card required. SMS notifications, recurring billing, custom branding, and accounting exports are available on Pro and Business.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start on the free Starter plan without a credit card. Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What counts as a "customer"?
A customer is a person or business you bill. Each plan tier sets how many active customers you can have. Invoices are always unlimited, no matter the plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $149/year (save $30 vs. monthly) and Business is $499/year (save $100). You can switch between monthly and annual anytime from your account settings.
How many team members can I add?
Starter includes 1 user, Pro includes up to 2 team members, and Business includes unlimited team members. Need more than 2 on Pro? Upgrade to Business for unlimited seats.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Downgrades and switches from annual to monthly take effect at your next renewal, and prepaid time is not refunded.
